Winnersh Triangle
The £200 million development is being project managed by Wates Group and will eventually provide over 2 million square feet of office, leisure and retail space, including a 4-star Holiday Inn hotel. GSI provided around 12,000m² of fire protection and soffit lining using Promat TL board along with fire stopping where applicable to this impressive development.
